The Force USA Multi-Gym G1 All-In-One Trainer offers you everything you need for the most important barbell and cable machine exercises and is compatible with an extensive array of attachment options for even more workout variety. The cable machine operates with a 2:1 pulley ratio and can be loaded with either 30-mm or 50-mm plates weighing up to 160 kg so even experienced lifters can push themselves to their limits. The included landmine attachment allows you to perform various core training exercises such as T-bar rows or landmine presses when you insert the end of a barbell. The multi-grip pull-up bar also gives users additional bodyweight training options.

- During assembly, tighten hardware loosely at first. Once the unit is fully assembled, tighten all hardware securely from the bottom up.
